Amongst Bastion's gleaming spires and sweeping vistas await challenges to test the mettle of the steadfast kyrians. Those who have lived a life of service are drawn to Bastion to assumed the highest duty of all - carrying the souls to the Shadowlands. īastion is the residence of Uther the Lightbringer's spirit. Fresh arrivals to Bastion will become kyrian Aspirants-wingless beings who train for eons to one day earn their wings and join the ranks of the Ascended. Souls naturally drawn to service are sent here by the Arbiter to examine their lives, cleanse themselves of their burdens, and work toward a state of virtue so they might ascend to serve the Shadowlands as kyrian-messengers, couriers, and some of the purest souls in the realm of the dead. It is a kingdom of pristine spires, crystalline skies, and elysian vistas, ordered and purposeful.

Players can get one Winter Wonderland skin for free: Ice Queen Brigitte, which can be unlocked by completing six challenges in Winter Wonderland game modes. Overwatch 2’s Winter Wonderland event launched last week, bringing back a quartet of wintry arcade modes and welcoming a fresh batch of seasonally themed cosmetics. Hopefully, Blizzard Entertainment will do right by players and release at least nine more one-coin skins for Overwatch 2 so players can achieve a nice round balance.) While not quite free, it’s as close to it as possible, and anyone playing Overwatch 2 who has completed one of the game’s weekly challenges should have enough to secure the cookie-inspired skin.
Gingerbread Bastion, a new legendary-tier skin, is available in Overwatch 2 until Jan. Overwatch 2’s skin prices have been a touchy subject since the game launched in a free-to-play fashion in November, but there’s something new in the game’s shop that - at least price-wise - few players will have to complain about.
